ENQUIRY OR PURCHASE

1) Drop us an e-mail at cintavintage@gmail.com, providing us the item, your name, contact number or e-mail address

2) We will reply within 2 - 3 working days. If we do miss out, kindly drop us another e-mail and we will reply asap.

3) Wait for our reply on the total amount and banking details before making any payments, into our Public Bank or Maybank accounts.

4) Please notify us of the payment by way of bank reference number or a copy of bank-in slip. Payments to be made within 3 days, or please notify us of any delays.

POSTAGE

1) Postage is to be borne by buyer.

2) Poslaju - Peninsular Malaysia - RM 6 / Kg
Poslaju - To Sarawak - RM 9 / Kg
Poslaju - To Sabah - RM 10 / Kg

3) Prices above are indicative. Postage charges for combined items will be confirmed to buyer.

4) Delivery will be made within 4 - 5 working days via Poslaju / Courier upon receipt of payment. A confirmation via sms or e-mail will be sent for verification.

PLEASE NOTE

1) Color many vary due to camera and monitor conditions

2) We ensure to bring reasonable prices to the buyer. Please, no negotiation on prices.

3) Items may be reserved and held for 3 days, otherwise stated by buyer. And payment to be confirmed within agreed date.
